All orders under $35 are subject to a $5 shipping fee.

Returns and/or Damages

True Gear stands behind its products. All return/refund requests must be reported within 20 business days from the receipt of your order. This is done via a phone conversation with our customer service department at 866-597-0240. Please have as much information available at the time of your call. This will enable us to process your request as soon as possible. All returned items must be in full units and original packaging.
